- To respond to staffing requests, applications, and messages.
- To recruit, screen, and credential clinicians — license verification, background checks, and exclusion screening, with your authorization.
- To operate and improve our services. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except as needed to provide our services (for example, confirming a clinician’s credentials with a licensing board) or as required by law.
What we never collect through this website
We do not ask for Social Security numbers, dates of birth, bank account details, or full license numbers through web forms. Credentialing documents are collected separately through our secure process — never by email or web form. If anyone asks you for that information through this site, do not provide it and contact us immediately.
Data security and your choices
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you share with us. No system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive documents through the contact form. To review, correct, or request deletion of your information, email info@mantanss.com.
