ELIGIBILITY
Who can apply
- CNAs, LPNs, and RNs with an active Virginia license or certification.
- Recent long-term care experience preferred for per-diem shifts.
- New graduates are welcome to apply for direct-hire roles where the facility welcomes them.

Per-diem clinicians are W-2 employees paid on Mantan Staffing Solutions’ regular payroll schedule. Your exact pay rate and the payroll schedule are confirmed in writing before your first shift.
Am I covered by liability insurance on assignment?
Coverage details for assigned shifts are provided during onboarding and spelled out in your employment documents.
Can I choose my shifts?
Yes. You tell us your availability and accept only the shifts you want.
Is there a fee to join?
No. Clinicians never pay Mantan Staffing Solutions a fee — for applications, placements, or shifts.
